Band Camp Week
What's the difference between good and great? Attitude! It's the desire to learn the music, to execute all of the details, to work on your own to prepare, and to be a team player. When you play in a great band, everyone does their job to the best of their ability and no one wants to let the other members down. It's as much about commitment to execllence as anything. Commitment is an element of attitude. Nice work last night, but we slipped a bit. On Tuesday we go back to work to fix up those things that weren't so good and in making sure our attitude is right. |
